There are two kinds of amateur sites: those where professional porn studios use first-timers and film them, professionally, and those where us ordinary folks send in our own homemade videos. True Amateurs is kind of like the latter but, unlike many of those self-submit sites where the content is pretty dodgy, they find good quality home porn to share with you. We're told it's self-submitted and there is a place on the tour where they tell you how you can send in your own, but it's not what I'd call a 'community' site.

What it is, is a brand-new site where the sign-up prices are currently low enough to make them a tempting offer, even though there are only 18 videos. However, a new one is being added each week, so the site is growing. It was only a few weeks old when I saw it, so I am not judging it on the content count and the coming soon samples showed me that it's planning ahead for regular new content.

It sure looks like these are real home tapes where couple bonk and ball in front of their own cameras. There is a good atmosphere, decent sound and good lighting and so it's not second class amateur porn, but it's also not first-class professional 'amateur' porn. It's what you see on the tour, and that's the important thing. No-one has lied to us to get us to sign-up. It's also large and brash in its colour and use of images, with very large buttons that you can't miss, and bold links. This makes it easy to browse and view.

And, when it comes to the actual content, you get a nice mix of Amateur babes and their boner-waving boys who fuck and suck on cam. The movies are around 20 minutes in length and are a mix of static cam and wandering POV cam. There is enough here to get you going, and for 19.99 per month, it's not a bad price. The quality is fine too with movies available at HD levels. I found some with 1,920 x 1,080 12,000 kbps, others had 1,280 x 720 8,000 kbps, and there were 480p and smaller for mobiles. As the files were Mp4, they were fine for mobile devices, and still the quality was good. The streams were HD or SD, depending on who shot them and on what equipment, and they are also easy to find.

The downers at the site are: The small amount of content (forgivable as the site is new), and the lack of images and info. There were no screen caps and no gallery section, there was no info in the 20 + model index, and no way of contacting other members, apart from the comments boxes with videos. You can rate content though, and add things to a favourites area. It's not a community site, so there's no sharing of profile making, but there's an account area to check your membership status. It also has a page of deals where you can find access to other sites for discounted prices.
